“Dear Euphoria Quilt Project,

I’m new to quilting, but so excited to take part in this project. In my art practice I use quilting to make soft sculptural children’s toys and collaborative quilting bees. Connecting to my queer community through quilting is what I love about quilting.

I chose to do this quilt block because the colours and patterns remind me of my childhood. Reconnecting to my childhood since I came out as non-binary has allowed me to feel connected and joy in my gender.
