changeling (self given title)

I considered my embodied experiences of genderful/free joy, not simply the cognitive/intellectual aspects; "I knew that I wanted to play with the delta (Δ) and triangle shape that I've been intrigued by since adolescence because of the symbolism — Δ denotes ""change"" in physics and mathematics; river deltas are biodiverse zones of contact, areas in perpetual flux that have triangular shapes when viewed from above. Shapeshifting and genderfuckery have been through lines in my life, and I wanted my block to reference that constant slippage between states of being where I feel most at home (hence the concentric triangular ""ripples"" emanating from the center); I also wanted the color palette to reflect the shades I currently feel the most joyful wearing: black, rich shades of blue and purple, and a little metallic thrown in (yay sparkles!). "
