Description from maker

I wanted to highlight the fabrics themselves rather than show complex piecing or pick a block pattern themed to the project; I wanted to use fabrics from my stash that I knew were designed by queer designers; Several of these fabrics were previously featured in a quilt I made with a friend who is a trans man. I wanted this block to be representative of gay/trans solidarity in a time when there is a lot of "LGB no T" rhetoric popping up.

Visual description

Nine square sections arranged in a 3x3 grid. Each section contains a central diamond-shaped fabric piece set against a patterned background. The fabrics feature a variety of colors, including navy, mint green, brown, pink, and multicolored prints with abstracted floral designs.
