“I had just finished a 12 x12’’ “Boy’s Nonsense” quilt block in colors that have always given me gender euphoria…when I noticed it to be 12.5x12.5’’. And isn’t that just my gender journey… following a pattern until I realized that it just won’t work for me and I need to make something new. I’ve always been late— a late bloomer in life and late for many deadlines. What a great reminder that we do the best ee can with what we’ve got and just keep moving. So here is my 6.5x6.5’’ block cut down from the 12x12’’ version to make something new.
