Description

A warm cozy sense of home, and also i have never tried it before so wanted to use this opportunity to; Gender is Vast 2.0 (self-given title); I wanted it to express infinity, vastness and the beauty of that. Transness is Vast and Bisexuality is Vast.

I think it just made sense as Im non-binary and bi; I mistakingly designed this originally for a UK community quilt but I was outside the specific city so I redesigned it slightly. I have another A4 patchwork I made Called Gender is Vast with two hands holding a rainbow and reinvented it for this one to be the right size. Im so happy and grateful to now have this part of a global community project.

Visual description

Log cabin quilt square with tie-dye and bandana paisley print fabric in pink, orange, purple, and blue. Felt appliqué is added on top, 'Gender is Vast' in yellow block letters. Central on the block is a brown felt hand with long, pointy, hot-pink nails, with a globe in the center of the palm. An infinity symbol is embroidered on the wrist of the hand.
